The African Continent Free Trade Agreement Agreement Will Take Effect In May 30Th.

The economic and financial news agency reported on May 3rd that the African Union announced in the communiqu that the agreement on the free trade area of the African continent will come into force in May 30th.

After the agreement comes into force, it will form a single market covering 1 billion 200 million consumers.

In July, the operation phase of the agreement will be officially launched at the special summit of the African Union held in Niamey, capital of Niger.
