Kazakhstan Cooperation With Uzbek Textile Alliance

Interfax news agency, Almaty, June, 24, according to the Kazakhstan investment fund, during the eighteenth meeting of the Kazakhstan Uzbekistan cooperation committee held in June 22nd, the Kazakhstan investment fund signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the Uzbekistan Textile Alliance. The latter will be a strategic partner in the development of textile industry in Cheng Kent Kent. With the help of the Kazakhstan investment fund, 3 textile factories in Chi Kent, including spinning and weaving factories, spinning and dyeing factories and cotton washing plants, are restarted, with a total capacity of 25 thousand tons of cotton yarn and 25 thousand tons of weaving per year. The 3 factories have been shut down several times and the last stop was in 2016.
