Tianhong Textile Group'S Three Overseas Projects Are Driving One After Another.

At the beginning of 2019, Tianhong Textile Group joined forces with Jingwei Intelligent Company to sign a strategic cooperation project of 113 thousand spindles of cotton spinning and jointly set up three overseas markets in Turkey, Mexico and Nicaragua. At present, the three overseas projects are progressing smoothly. Turkey Tianhong and Mexico Tianhong projects have been driven by the whole line. The Nicaragua Tianhong project has entered the final installation stage, and some of the equipment has been tested for spinning.


Nicaragua Tianhong part of the equipment has started trial spinning.


Tianhong Textile Group's three largest overseas project is an important project for Intelligent Company to expand the European and American markets, and is an important project for its spinning equipment to officially enter the world's high-end market. Turkey Tianhong project is the key to opening the door to the European market. The three overseas projects have been selected by Jingwei Intelligent Company for advanced cotton spinning equipment with high quality, high efficiency, high stability, automation and intelligence. Some of these products have been integrated into the special requirements of Tianhong and overcome many technical problems. According to different product plans and technical requirements of customers in different regions, Intelligent Company has made improvements in product functions, electrical control, process and so on.

After intense production, products began to arrive in the Three Kingdoms in May 2019 and began to work hard. After the stable operation of the Turkey and Mexico projects, Turkey Tianhong and Mexico Tianhong have opened 5 new high-speed intelligent spinning frames and 7 short car centering spinning frames.


Tianhong and Jingwei are the vice presidents of China Cotton Textile Industry Association. From Xinjiang to Shandong, from Vietnam to Turkey and other overseas markets, they have been working side by side from the domestic production site to the overseas installation site to create a new version of the layout of China's cotton textile industry. Wang Yiyong, deputy general manager of Turkey Tianhong, said that latitude and longitude are trustworthy. We believe that cooperation between Jingwei and Tianhong will become more frequent and more and more tacit and lasting.
