A Pennsylvania district judge sentenced a man to a fine of $200 on 19 July, because he made more than 600 harassing calls to women in some business organizations and asked questions about their shoes and feet.

Pennsylvania police officer Jeff Bopp said on the 20 day that the man was called James Lee Fink, and prosecutors accused him of making more than 600 harassing calls to a commercial shop such as Chambers fort and a hotel in Chambers from January 1, 2006 to May.

On the phone, he would ask the women who answered the phone on any brand of shoes and asked if they would show them to him if he went to their shop.

The man called himself Brian Thompson, but the police found his real name by telephone.

Fink pleaded guilty in August in Franklin County, Pennsylvania.

19 months later, the judge was sentenced to pay a fine.

The judge also ordered him not to approach a shoe store, nor to approach a woman harassing him on the phone.
