Famous Brands Are Stationed In Czech'S Clothing Market.

Recently, a number of top international brands have been stationed in the Prague apparel market. Gucci (Gucci) opened a branch store in Paris, Prague, one of the two high-end shopping districts in Prague by the end of March this year, covering an area of 350 square meters.

It is reported that MarkLee, the general manager of Gucci, has said that there are international brands competing for business space in many market areas, such as hotels, restaurants and retail.

Gucci was supposed to have set up shop in Prague earlier, but it took a lot of time to find the best location.

Since last year, some foreign tourists and wealthy locals have been shopping for new shops selling Burberry, Prada and Tod 's products.

Brands such as GiorgioArmani, Dior (ChristianDior) and Cartire (Cartier) also settled in Paris street.

In fact, brand clothing is also increasingly popular among middle-class people in all parts of Czech, but these consumers are not necessarily willing to shop at the top retail outlets in downtown Prague or pay a high price.

To meet this demand, some businesses began selling discount brand products in the form of factory outlet stores.

The first factory outlet shop opened in Prague is FashionArenainPraha Sterboholy (www.fashion-arena.cz), which sells brand products from 3 to 30 percent off for a long time.

Located in the northeast of Prague, the center has attracted more than 500000 customers since November 2007.

There are many brands in FashionArena store, such as LeviStrauss, Lee, Wiig (Wrangler), Puma (Puma), Nike (Nike), Reebok (Reebok), Adidas (Adidas), UMBRO (Umbro) and Salamander.

In addition, there are many famous local brands including Blazek, PietroFilipi, OPProstejov and ApinePro.

FashionArena has 70 shops offering fashion, footwear, sports and outdoor products, leather goods, underwear, children's articles and jewelry.

Freeport (www.freeport.cz), which is similar to FashionArena, is the first factory shop in Czech, located in the border city of Hart. It is located in Brno, the second largest city in Czech, and Vienna, capital of Austria.

Only two large discount stores in Czech Republic are lagging behind Western Europe and Poland and Hungary, with similar economic history and economic foundation.

New factory stores are coming.

Based on supply and demand factors, it is expected that more large discount stores will emerge in the coming years to provide new distribution opportunities for brand products.

The retail market in Czech is becoming increasingly competitive, and the existing shopping centers have been badly hit by the urgent need for countermeasures.

There are more than 230 super markets, hundreds of supermarkets and discount stores in Czech. They have to restructure their structures and consolidate their market position with new forms and services.

A new shopping facility, OutletAirportPraha? GalleriaModa (http: //outletpraha.demo.wavegroup.it), planned by B.Consulting, a developer of Italy project, will soon open in Prague.

OutletAirportPraha near Prague International Airport (which received 12 million passengers in 2007), including 170 shops, 2500 parking spaces, 1 Hotels with 300 rooms and 1 amusement parks, will become the largest retail center in Czech.

Exit66 (www.exit66.eu) is another new factory outlet that will open this year. It is located between Prague and Brno. There are 67 brand stores. It is a development project of Czech DevoGroup.

Poland company Semax (www.semax.com.pl) has also set foot in this emerging market area, and has two Vabbi factory outlets in Czech (located in Prague and Ostrava), and plans to set up a clothing chain store of about 15 stores in the next 3 years.

Prague has a population of 1 million 300 thousand, ranking twelfth on the list of the richest cities in the EU, and is a key city in various business models.

Prague's economic performance was the most prominent among the main cities of the new member states that joined the European Union from 2004 to 2007. The average GDP of the people surpassed the EU average, which is two times the national figure of Czech.

Prague is also a tourist attraction, attracting more than 4 million tourists in 2007.

In addition, the city is also a popular venue for large meetings and conference tours.

Czech is a potentially lucrative market. No wonder many foreign retailers want a share. Hongkong's clothing and footwear suppliers can take note of the opportunities.
