Wages Of Italian Employees In Leather Processing Industry

With the implementation of a new round of labor contracts signed in May, the wages of Italians have increased. According to the data provided by the Italian National Bureau of Statistics, the salary of Italians during their work contract in June this year rose by 3.6% compared with the same period last year, the largest increase since January 2005. The industries with the largest growth rate are insurance industry (+7.7%), ministries and commissions (+6.2%), national defense and construction industry (+5.9%), local government, public service and hotel industry (+5.7%), catering, tobacco and public health (+5.5%), etc. The industries with the least growth were commerce (+0.4%), private services (+0.9%) and textile, clothing and leather processing (+1.1%).
