The equipment can ensure the natural shape of the terry, achieve the ideal natural shrinkage, make the fabric get a unique handle, and make the fabric loose and soft after drying.
Compared with the traditional dryer, the SJ320 flat airflow soft drying machine adopts the way of alternately conveying fabric, and the fabric moves back and forth in the wind box under the pushing of the hot air flow, so that the fabric can be fully erected and fluffy, and the fabric can reach the excellent shrinkage value. The volume of the machine is large, and the fabric has sufficient drying time in the machine, so as to achieve efficient drying. The cloth expansion and automatic alignment device ensures the orderly folding of the fabric. The machine can carry out continuous and real-time collection of the plush, and the excellent dust removal effect ensures the quality of the treated fabric.
SJ320 is the largest towel factory in Asia. Since its entry into the plant in 2006, its performance has been continuously improved. Now it has been widely used by various branches of the plant. Up to now, more than 10 sets of equipment have been introduced.
In 2008, the SJ320 dryer was designated by the group as the special machine for Olympic towel production. At present, the machine has completely replaced the imported Spanish similar models at a high cost performance ratio. The famous domestic towel enterprises such as jieliya group and Nantong San Mao have also introduced several sets of the equipment.
