Bamboo Charcoal Coconut Charcoal And Germanium Fiber

3 scientific research projects in Shandong Province, which were completed by the Qingdao Textile Science Research Institute and Shandong Hailong Limited by Share Ltd, Qingdao snow Group Limited, Weifang Weifang Textile Co., Ltd., Shandong Hualong Textile Co., Ltd., Qingdao Hua Quan Garments Co., Ltd. and Qingdao textile Union (Group) company, have been certified by the science and Technology Department of the Shandong provincial science and technology department.


The 3 achievements identified are: Application Research of degradable bamboo charcoal regenerated cellulose fiber, development of functional ecological textiles, functional application of coconut carbon fiber and development of series of ecological products, and functional research and development of germanium fiber series ecological textiles.


Bamboo charcoal regenerated cellulose fiber, coconut carbon fiber and germanium fiber are new functional fibers introduced in recent years.

Biodegradable bamboo charcoal regenerated cellulose fiber is made of nano bamboo charcoal particles added to viscose fiber. It has strong adsorption and decomposition ability. It has the functions of odor absorption, deodorization, moisture absorption, quick drying and breathability. It also has antibacterial, antibacterial, negative ions, far-infrared rays, ultraviolet radiation and other health functions, and it can also be degraded naturally.


Coconut charcoal fiber uses new modified polyester fiber carrier material, the use of abandoned coconut shell, in line with the development trend of recyclable resources, but also has the functions of moisture absorption, odor elimination, emission of far-infrared rays, UV protection and so on. Moreover, coconut charcoal has 4 times larger pore size than bamboo charcoal, which has better air permeability and stronger adsorption capacity than bamboo charcoal.



Germanium fiber also uses modified polyester carrier material, adding germanium to make the product emit far infrared rays and produce negative oxygen ions under the action of human body temperature when wearing products, and the trace germanium elements in the fibers can also be absorbed through the skin to form organic germanium into the body, which is beneficial to human health.


On the basis of systematic research on the performance of new fibers, the 3 projects have innovating and solving the difficulties in the process of blending and dyeing and finishing of new fibers and multiple fibers. The ecological processing technology, energy saving and emission reduction have been applied to achieve cleaner production, which provides a feasible basis for the industrialized production and market application of the one-stop processing of the spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing of new domestic fibers.

Experts of the appraisal committee agreed that the 3 achievements advanced technology and reasonable technology have reached the international advanced level.
