In the first 5 months of this year, more than 80 textile machinery enterprises in Qingdao realized a 14 billion yuan income from machinery orders, an increase of 4 billion yuan over the same period last year.

At the Canton Fair held earlier this year and the Qingdao Textile Machinery Exposition held in May, overseas orders for Qingdao's textile industry increased significantly, as the global textile and garment industry resumed.

Qingdao snow Group Limited is an export oriented textile processing company. Its processing orders from Japan increased by 300% over the same period last year.

The growth of orders allows enterprises to become "chooser" of orders.

At the Qingdao textile machinery fair, tens of thousands of textile purchasers made large orders to Chinese companies, such as Wal-Mart Store Inc, Carrefour, Spain department store and Martha general store. The trade volume was close to US $300 million.

Related officials said that the rapid recovery and structural challenges of textile and garment industry accelerated, and the global textile and garment industry continued to shift to Asia. In addition, China increased the support of national policies for textile and garment industries. These factors provided a good opportunity for the rapid development of the textile machinery industry.
