Safeguarding The Legitimate Rights And Interests Of Workers &Nbsp; The Standing Committee Of The Provincial People'S Congress Shall Carry Out The Law Enforcement Inspection Of "One Law, One Case" Of The Labor Contract.

In accordance with the work arrangements of the Standing Committee of the provincial people's Congress, the Standing Committee of the provincial people's Congress has set up an inspection team since June 13th to implement the labor contract law of the People's Republic of China and Jilin province.

The inspection group held a symposium on the morning of June 13th and listened to the relevant departments of the provincial government on implementing the labor contract.

The object of this law enforcement inspection is the implementation of the labor contract "one law, one case" by the provincial government and its relevant departments.

The key points include the situation of concluding, fulfilling, altering, lifting or terminating the labor contract by the labor relations parties; the employment and employment record; the rules and regulations directly related to the immediate interests of the workers and their implementation; the labor dispatching unit and the employing unit complying with the relevant provisions of the labor dispatch; observing the state's stipulations on the working hours and the rest and vacation of workers; paying the labor remuneration stipulated in the labor contract and implementing the minimum wage standard; and participating in various activities.

It is understood that since the promulgation and implementation of "one law, one case", the provincial government regards it as a major event related to the sustainable development of the economy and society in the province.

According to statistics, as of the end of 5, the labor contract signing rate of Enterprises above Designated Size reached 98.4%, and the rate of labor employment record reached 94%. The number of employers has reached 101 thousand, and the number of record workers reached 1 million 447 thousand.
