As the chairman of the international leather trade association, efforts have been made in the past two years to help the two sides to mediate disputes through the international platform.

But in the course of carrying out the work, some traders, after many coordination, still have no sincerity to solve the problem under the premise of violating the evidence of the trade contract.

In order to maintain fair trade and protect the interests of domestic members from unnecessary losses, the China Leather Association has decided to adopt a blacklist management system to inform members of the above types of traders.

The China Leather Association recommends that all member units should enter into trade contracts with foreign traders when they trade with them, so as to avoid using unfavorable clauses to resolve disputes.

This month, the China Leather Association will inform members about the recent blacklist, hoping that relevant member enterprises will pay attention to it.
