Bosideng, the whole name Bosideng International Holdings Limited, is China's largest brand down producer, mainly engaged in the development and management of its own down jacket brand portfolio, including product research, design, development, raw material procurement, outsourcing production, marketing and sales.

The core brands include Bosideng, snow flying, KangBo, ice cream, double feather and upper feather.

Founded in 1975, the company's founder and chairman is Gao Dekang, headquartered in Shanghai.


Bosideng business men's wear is currently one of the largest and most technologically advanced clothing manufacturers in China.

Jesse was founded in 1999. It is a brand of women's clothing for more than ten years in Shenzhen. It is a high-end clothing brand for women aged 28~45. As of the end of September, there are 81 self owned stores and 172 franchises in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.


Bosideng promotes women's apparel industry through the acquisition, and introduces non seasonal clothing brands to enhance profitability.

After the completion of the acquisition, Bosideng will continue to sell JESSIE brand women's clothing in China in self run and affiliate mode, and expand into the international market in a timely manner.
