UV Offset Printing Technology Developed Successfully
UV胶印热转印技术研发成功 日前，伊藤油墨涂料化工技研有限公司向全球首先最新推出UV胶印热转印油墨产品： 该油墨通过胶印印刷工艺印刷在涂有离型剂的转印膜上或转印纸上，经UV照射后瞬间硬化可立即做后加工处理，无粘背问题，高耐折性：在转移基材印刷具有优良耐折性；印刷适性：宽广印刷给水幅度及机上安全性；特点：综合了UV体系优点，2-5秒快速干燥，耐磨性优越，干擦10级，湿擦10级，无溶济，环保；颜色艳丽，对于印刷物能得到良好的转移性及展色性、色浓度高，综合了胶印印刷工艺优势，可以印刷高线数图案，印刷速度快，减少工序及人工，印刷成品率高，多色套印非常准，大大提高了生产效率;节省了生产场地；结合了热转印粘接特性。
It can completely replace the present printing technology of glue and printing ink.
The printing patterns can be pferred to nylon, cotton, cotton, TC cloth and other kinds of substrates such as PU leather, PVC, EVA, rubber, wood and so on. For example, clothing, bags, leather, shoes, rain gear, trademarks, cloth and other products are processed through the offset printing process, UV curing, and then through the heat pfer process to get the high precision pattern, no solution, environmental protection, high efficiency and washable products.
