Rental or vacant housing is 85900 yuan.

In addition to cash compensation, housing owners can give priority to the purchase of rebuilt projects at market prices.

Luo Yikun also clarified that there was a media report the day before yesterday, which means that the purchase price of the URA for the reconstruction project of the laundry Street residential unit was 6500 yuan per square foot, which is rumoured in the public. The number is not provided by the URA, and the price is not correct.

He said, "when the owner sees the price, he immediately goes to sell the room to other people and cause losses."

After rebuilding the sports goods 2013, Luo promised that a series of residents' associations would be held after the purchase proposals were issued, explaining all the arrangements to the affected owners and tenants.
