Marina B. Jewelry (hereinafter referred to as Marina B.) has become the majority shareholder of the latter.

After the paction is completed, Windsor Jewelers will continue to hold a minority stake in Marina B.

Sotirio Bulgari, the granddaughter of Bvlgari founder Marina Bulgari, founded Marina B in 1978.

In 2010, Marina B. was bought by American jeweler Pual Lubetsky, but the performance of the company has not been satisfactory since then.

Before leaving in 2015, Guy Bedarida was the creative director of John Hardy 16.

When asked why he did not set up his own jewellery series but acquired an existing brand, Guy Bedarida said that it would take 25 to 30 years to build a jewelry brand from scratch, while Marina B was his favorite jewelry brand, so buying Marina B at this point can be said to kill two birds with one stone.

Guy Bedarida stressed: "at present, almost all the other jewellery brands on the market have been bought by the large luxury group. Marina B is the only few remaining brands, which makes it unique and more potential for development."

After the paction is completed, Guy Bedarida will be the creative director of Marina B..

The headquarters of Marina B will be located in New York. The CEO and sales director will work here, while Guy Bedarida will be returning from three places in Asia, Italy and New York.

In view of the international market, Guy Bedarida said it would open a physical store in Milan in late 2018 or early 2019.

At present, there are 12000 design sketches in the Marina B file library. Guy Bedarida plans to design some classic Marina B series based on these sketches while launching the new design.

Guy Bedarida said the new series of jewelry design styles will be more casual to attract younger generation of consumers.

Guy Bedarida said that the new jewellery series is called "sports leisure" series, because compared with traditional jewelry, this series of products is smaller and easier to wear, not only for formal occasions such as parties, but also for sports wear.

The price of the new product ranges from US $8000 to US $3 million, and the first batch will start selling in February 2018.

However, Guy Bedarida said that during the fall of 2017, some jewellery would also be sold by organizing some private activities.

Marina Bulgari is the third generation member of the famous Bvlgari jewelry family Bulgari Bvlgari family. Its father, Costantino Bulgari, is the oldest son of Bvlgari Sotirio Bulgari.

After her father's death, Marina Bulgari inherited the family industry, but left Bvlgari because of differences with other family members, and then set up an independent jewellery brand Marina B.

She ran Marina B. Jewelry for many years until she retired in 1996, and now lives in Monte Carlo., Monaco city.

The design of Marina Bulgari is famous for its colorful, bold and feminine features.
