　　12日，赴江苏，先后赴常州金坛区深入最具行业责任感、中国服装优秀制造商、努力打造“中国最具竞争力的纺织服装生态链”、坚持“企业集团化、生产规模化、经营国际化、产学研一体化”发展战略的晨风集团，参观技术样品部(制版、设计、生产)-面辅料展示厅-纺织品检测中心、辅料生产车间;奔无锡江阴市新桥镇走访主业突出、品牌卓越、研发力强，同时将质量做为巩固品牌、强化品牌、支撑品牌、提升品牌核心内容来抓的江苏阳光集团，参观了展示厅里的面料与服装展品以及西服与衬衫生产车间;再往苏州常熟白茆参观中国服装行业首个“世界名牌”、全国最大、生产设备最先进的品牌羽绒服生产商波司登集团，参观羽绒服加工生产车间、企业品牌发展馆、党建馆，努力学习行业之标杆，审视自我之问题，发掘提升之真经，弥补发展之短板。
