China Medical And Health Spunlaced Nonwovens R & D Base (Shandong) Review

In May 27th, the expert group of the organization of the middle income group reviewed the development base of China Medical spunlaced nonwovens (Shandong), which was established by Yongxin nonwoven material Co., Ltd. of Shandong province.

The base was established in 2016, and gained many intellectual property rights and honors during the construction period. Its market share of spunlaced nonwoven materials is the first in the province. The project of "HD clean slurry sterilized Spunlaced material" has been certified to reach the international advanced level and has achieved industrialization. Many new Spunlaced materials for biomass fiber have been developed, and R & D investment has been continuously increased in the fields of green, low carbon biodegradable, intelligent manufacturing and composite Spunlaced technology.

After on-site inspection, material review, listening to reports and questioning, the expert group affirmed the achievements made by the base in product development, technological innovation, personnel training and market development, and suggested that the base should strengthen the differentiated product development, intellectual property protection and brand building through reappraisal.

The expert group is composed of Professor Jin Xiangyu of Donghua University, Secretary of the Party committee and President of Shandong Textile Design Institute, Cai Xiaoping, vice president of Shandong textile and garment industry association, Professor Ma Jianwei of Qiingdao University, and General Manager / Senior Engineer Yang Guang of Shanghai van Rui Ke Industrial Co., Ltd.

Li Lingshen, vice president of China Textile Industry Federation, President of China Industrial Textiles Association, Zheng Junlin, vice president of China Industrial Textiles Industry Association, Pan Lihao, director of Economic Development Bureau of Ji'nan Ming Shui economic and Technological Development Zone, Shi Chengyu, chairman of Shandong Yongxin nonwoven material Co., Ltd., Jing Wong, general manager of Shandong Yongxin new Mstar Technology Ltd, Xia Lunquan general manager of Yongxin nonwoven material Co., Ltd., and vice president of Yongxin nonwoven material Co., Ltd., Shandong, attended the meeting.

In the summary, President Li Lingshen pointed out that the base should give full play to the leading role of the industry, and suggested that Yongxin company should strengthen the depth and breadth of product development in the later stage, focus on creating green medical products, and seriously promote the construction of intelligent factories.
