On the morning of April 24, as the first enterprise in Jiaxing to "taste the new" 5G industrial Internet applications, Xinfengming Group signed a contract with China Mobile to continue to promote the 5G informatization transformation and upgrading of traditional factories, and apply 5G technology architecture design to the construction of new factories.


It is understood that at present, Xinfengming Group has achieved full coverage of 5G network, and has carried out applications in mobile office, video communication, data collection and other fields. In addition, Xinfengming has also built an industrial Internet platform integrating real-time data, big data, auxiliary decision-making and industrial APP.


"The blink of an eye is 200 milliseconds, but when you send an order to this machine in Hangzhou, it only takes 50 milliseconds to receive it." Wang Huicheng, chief information officer of Xinfengming Group, said that the download speed of 5G is 100 times that of 4G, and the delay is only one tenth of 4G. Based on the ubiquitous and seamless networking capability of 5G, the operation and maintenance efficiency of enterprises has been greatly improved.


Taking the internal network construction as an example, the company no longer needs to lay a large number of network cables, and the data collection range is wider, faster, and larger. Under the 5G network, the number of enterprise data collection points has increased from 80000 to 210000.


The application of "AR remote maintenance" will also become a part of the 5G smart factory of Xinfengming Group. In the future, in case of production failure in the workshop, the AR helmet camera worn by the on-site maintenance personnel will automatically take live pictures and send the pictures back to the monitoring center through the 5G network, and the expert team of the monitoring center can give real-time operation guidance to the on-site maintenance personnel.


It is reported that Xinfengming Group, as one of the leading enterprises in the textile and chemical fiber industry, launched the "55211" informatization project in 2017. It plans to take about five years to build four major platforms for operation management, production and operation, customer service, and basic technology and smart factory demonstration, with the Internet as the main line, and build two systems of informatization standards and information security, A set of information management and control mechanism will be built, and the intelligent factory will be fully built by the end of 2025.
