The Flexible Furlough Scheme, introduced by the British government, has been implemented since July 1st (2020). Employers can ask employees who are not paid to be forced to leave work to return to work in part-time mode. Each company can decide its working hours and shifts on its own, and is responsible for paying wages at work.

From August onwards, employees will continue to receive 80% of the salary (the maximum monthly limit of 2500 pounds), covering the time when they can not work, but their employers must pay extra fees, including national insurance and pensions.

From September onwards, employers will pay 10% of the employees' salaries paid for unpaid leave, while the British government will pay 70% (the maximum 2187.50 pounds per month).

From October, employers will pay 20% of their employees' salaries and the government will pay 60% (the maximum monthly limit is 1875 pounds). New coronavirus work retention plan (Coro) Navirus Job Retention Scheme - CJRS) will end in October 31st. In addition, there is no need for the government to provide salary subsidies. Enterprises can choose to voluntarily refund them.

So far, the British government's CJRS has helped protect more than 9 million 300 thousand employees, and employers are demanding more than 25 billion 500 million pounds to support their salaries.
