At the meeting, Ya'an iseneng Human Resources Management Co., Ltd. carried out recruitment training for 19 textile enterprises in the county, focusing on the analysis of the shortcomings in recruitment and employment of textile enterprises in Lushan County, and proposed solutions to solve the recruitment problems of textile enterprises, and shared the advanced experience of other cities and counties in the recruitment and employment of textile enterprises.

After the meeting, Ya'an iseneng Human Resources Management Co., Ltd. also trained the labor security workers in 8 towns (streets), focusing on the imbalance between supply and demand caused by the shortage of surplus labor force in the county and the large labor demand of textile enterprises in the county.
