People In The Workplace Are More Than 50 Years Old.

The results of a new study show that over 50 year old working people in Britain are more passionate about life than retired people, who eventually have the chance to start their dream job after half a year.

According to the specific findings, there are many people over the age of 50 who feel that they are at the peak of their lives. Among those who have to retire in less than 10 years, the proportion of people who are actively planning their career shift to achieve their dream of working life has reached 1/5.

More than 1/4 of them say they want to get more job satisfaction in their next industry, which means you have to do something more worthy of energy.

Most (61%) respondents indicated that they wished to have the opportunity to learn some new skills.

Construction, education and cultural and creative industries are the most favored by these respondents, followed by sports, leisure and media industries.
