Humanistic Design

The 2010 graduation design report of the Beijing Institute of Humanities and the fourth "Humanistic Cup" costume design competition were held in Beijing Humanities University in April 24th.

The best Creative Award and best craft award were obtained by Xing Lu's paper love life and Liu Yan's Xiang Jinliang's "four seasons Lily".



This year, the 2010 graduation project of the Beijing Institute of Humanities and clothing college reported the theme of the performance conference as "harmony". The 29 series of more than 130 sets of costumes, including nationality, clothing and creativity, were exhibited.

Ethnic series of works combine embroidery, tie dyeing and other traditional national elements, reflecting the ingenious combination of intangible cultural heritage and modern clothing.

The clothing series is a series of garments that are created with the aim of practicality and comfort, combined with people's needs for occupations, occasions and environment.

The creative series uses all kinds of non dress materials to boldly innovate, turn waste into treasure, and interpret personality and fashion vividly.



This graduation work conference and the "Cultural Cup" costume design competition jury leader are from the city of Beijing University of Humanities and clothing Dean, Yi City, the judges are professors of Tsinghua University, Li Wei, the famous fashion designer, Zhong Zhijin, director of clothing teaching and research section of Minzu University of China, Wang Wenjuan, director of fashion department of Beijing University of Technology, and the top ten fashion photographers Zhang Chen.



Chen Beihong, President of Beijing Humanities University, and leaders from all levels of the school, more than 20 family business guests and more than 10 media in Beijing attended the conference.
