"Network Business School" Appeared In Wenzhou Shoe Enterprises
In March 10th, the Wenzhou shoe industry's first network business school was established in Kangnai group. More than 200 Kangnai employees became the first batch of "charging" students on the network platform.
The network business school is an enterprise training institution jointly founded by Kangnai group and Guanghua School of Management in Hongkong.
According to the relevant person in charge, the establishment of private business network business school in Wenzhou is rare. At present, there are only a few electrical, electronic and other high-tech enterprises in the network business school. In the footwear industry in Wenzhou, Kangnai group is "the first person to eat crabs".
It is understood that the training platform of the network business school has prepared 13 classes, 371 doors, and nearly 3000 hours training courseware, which can tailor training courses for the needs of the company and individual development.
Due to evading the inconvenience of traditional business training, the "network business school", which is not restricted by the limitation of time and space, has aroused great interest in the company's employees.
