"Hanfu Terminology" and "General Principles of Hanfu Design" were released in Luoyang, Henan Province on the 11th. Taking the old urban area of Luoyang as an example, the number of local Hanfu business entities has soared from 18 at the beginning of 2023 to more than 1100 at present, driving the rapid development of upstream and downstream industries such as makeup and follow-up photography, and the Hanfu experience economy brand effect is significant. Data shows that there are more than 2500 Hanfu enterprises in Caoxian County, Shandong Province, with more than 100000 industrial employees. With the rapid development of the Hanfu industry, the industry is also calling for the introduction of Chinese Hanfu standards. Based on this, China Industrial Design Association issued the "Hanfu Terminology" and "General Rules for Hanfu Design".

According to Cui Yiming, Deputy Secretary General of the Design Standards Branch of China Industrial Design Association, Hanfu Terminology explains the terms, definitions and specifications commonly used in Chinese Hanfu, and provides unified terminology application for all aspects of Hanfu design, production, trade, teaching, etc. The General Principles of Hanfu Design is the basic design standard to guide the sustainable development of Hanfu industry. It provides a comprehensive set of technical standards and evaluation system for Hanfu design from the four dimensions of safety, design aesthetics, ergonomics and culture.

"Hanfu is an important part of China's traditional culture and plays an important role in the history of the development of world clothing culture."
